Karen Lannom has over 17 years of GIS and Remote Sensing experience working in private, government, and academic sectors. She has a PhD in Forest Science and has worked in a variety of roles utilizing her GIS and remote sensing expertise in natural resources settings. Karen is very proficient with using ArcGIS software for conducting research using GIS analytical techniques, managing geospatial datasets, providing GIS-derived data products to interdisciplinary team members, and generating map products for multiple reports, presentations, and publications. She currently owns her own GIS consulting business where she has created map products for local non-profit organizations.
