Faith has an extensive background in applying range management principles and monitoring of resources in a variety of ecosystems including the Northern Great Plains, semi-desert Southwest, Middle Rockies, Sierra Nevada Mountains and sub-Saharan Ethiopia. Strength in collaborating with other natural resource professionals in the Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management Field Offices, Natural Resource Conservation Service District offices, State/local agencies and Universities, and with livestock producers and members of community organizations. Successful in providing direction, oversight and employee development for the range, invasive species and sensitive plant programs. Proficient in organizing, implementing and evaluating resource management programs.
