Debora is an environmental professional with over 18 years of experience as a writer, editor, and researcher specializing in environmental sciences and studies, along with physical, biological, and health sciences fields and subfields. Her experience includes working for private, state, and federal entities and with hundreds of consultants, academics, and persons in government employ. She spent 8 years as Managing Editor of Environmental Practice, the interdisciplinary journal of the National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP; published by Oxford University Press and subsequently Cambridge University Press), where she oversaw the peer-review process, edited, and researched articles from a wide variety of fields. Debora has written and edited documents in and from virtually every environmental field and subfield in various regions of the United States, including the southwest. Among other things, she has edited technical reports and other documents concerning forestry, hydrology, soils, botany, wildlife, climate change, transportation, recreation, fuels, fisheries, invasive species, socioeconomics, air quality, water quality, mineral resources, the scenic environment, resource commitments, and cultural resources. If awarded, Debora will serve as editor/writer for this project.
